Notes:
- Hurdles & Steeple Chase are by request only to sthldtrackfield@gmail.com by Thursday 6pm you must be prepared to assist with putting out and bring in Hurdles.
- Hammer Throw is by request only to sthldtrackfield@gmail.com by Thursday 6pm and you must also be prepared to assist in putting up the net before competition starts at 5.00pm.
- Other events may be requested to sthldtrackfield@gmail.com by Thursday 6pm but this will be at the discretion of the available officials on the day.
- All events will start at the advertised time, practice throws, warm ups, run up mark out and run throughs must be completed before then. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
